Favorite thing about Stratos (ex. specific value, company perk, internal initiative)
Our focus on innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients. We understand that each organization we partner with faces their own unique set of challenges, and that a “standard” solution will not always be the best fit. We firmly believe that the technology should be adaptable and scalable for the business processes being supported, not the other way around.
My favorite part about Stratos is the culture. As a growing organization, we strive for a flat hierarchy so that everyone has a voice regardless of level. We can all teach and learn from each other, so we believe that it is important to empower the entire team. In addition, Stratos fosters a fun and entrepreneurial environment on Fridays by focusing on internal initiatives, knowledge transfer and learning sessions and team happy hours (virtual for now)!
2 fun facts about you on a personal level – what may we find you doing when you’re not at work? (ex. hobbies? unusual talent/skill? favorite restaurant or travel destination?)
I’m a big Boston sports fan. You’ll often find me watching or attending Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins games whenever I can, along with the numerous duck boat parades we’ve been lucky to have in recent years.
I also love to travel, both domestically and abroad, but have more recently enjoyed spending time at home with Harvey, my Goldendoodle pup!
What inspired you to work in the consulting industry? What about working with Life Sciences clients do you find passion/fulfillment in?
The most exciting part of my job is mentoring others and seeing them grow. Whether that growth is from mastering a new technology or improving soft skills and taking on leadership roles on projects, there’s no feeling quite as rewarding as seeing a colleague apply feedback and lessons learned in real-time to take their work to the next level.
