2 fun facts about you on a personal level – what may we find you doing when you’re not at work? (ex. hobbies? unusual talent/skill? favorite restaurant or travel destination?)
When I’m not at work I enjoy traveling to discover new cuisines, cultures and wine from all over the world. I recently got back into rollerblading, and I love exploring new places and going on adventures by skates.
What inspired you to work in the consulting industry? What about working with Life Sciences clients do you find passion/fulfillment in?
I’ve always been passionate about the Life Sciences industry and their mission to improve the lives of patients through innovative technology and medicines. After spending my career working in the Life Sciences, I saw first-hand how systems and processes can be improved and the positive impacts it has on increasing efficiency across the enterprise. At Stratos Consulting we are committed to helping Life Science organizations improve their technology and applications to meet their critical goals.
What is your personal philosophy?
My personal philosophy is to approach life and work mindfully and with meaning. I tackle my day-to-day tasks with mindfulness and gratitude which helps me be more productive and find deeper meaning in my work. I am passionate about helping others and love learning about technology and medicine, so I truly have an affinity for the biotech field.
What’s your most-used productivity hack?
My favorite productivity hack is the pomodoro method, which is a time management technique where you tackle tasks in set intervals. Spending a set amount of time on each task with short breaks in between helps me manage my time more effectively and approach work more mindfully.
